CODE OF CONDUCT
Honor Code All Directors, coaches, and anyone employed, volunteers or associated with Skillability Soccer Training (SST), shall report and cooperate in the investigation into any possible violations of US Youth Soccer, KYSA or SST policies. Reports of violations should be directed to the SST Executive Director. The failure to report, or cooperate in investigations of a rule/policy violation is the equivalent to committing the violation. COACHES REQUIREMENTS All SST coaches are required to comply with the following requirements.
- Background Check
- SafeSport Training
- CDC Concussion Training
- CPR First Aid Training
- Minimum USSF Grassroots license or D license
- Internal on-going coaching education training
- Subject to daily, weekly, monthly and yearly performance reviews
